DAMAC Properties has officially awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation with the main works construction contract for its 71-storey Cavalli Tower.

The contract, valued at approximately $241 million, was awarded by DAMAC to finalise the main works construction of the luxurious high-end residential tower in Dubai Marina. At completion, Cavalli Tower will feature premiere interior designs by renowned Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli and breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeriah.

“Following a rigorous selection process, we are proud to appoint China State Construction Engineering Corporation as our primary contractor to assist in building a truly iconic building that embodies sophistication and elegance,” stated Mohammed Tahaineh, general manager of Projects at DAMAC Properties.

DAMAC Properties and China State Construction Engineering Corporation have previously worked together with the latter being named as the primary contractor for DAMAC Aykon City located on Sheikh Zayed Road.

达马克地产和中国建筑之前有过合作经历，中国建筑曾经作为达马克地产的主承包商承建过位于谢赫扎一德路的Aykon城。
